Sarah Reeves is a Christian pop singer known for her string of Top 40 worship singles. Born in Athens, Alabama, on April 29, 1989, she began planning for a career as a worship leader as a 15 year-old, then made her musical debut with 2006's Sweet Sweet Sound. Released by the Christian label Sparrow Records, the EP peaked at Number 19 on Billboard's Top Christian Albums chart, with the flagship single "Sweet Sweet Sound" climbing to Number 27. Reeves remained on Sparrow Records' roster for one additional EP, 2010's God of the Impossible, before embracing her independence with the full-length record Broken Things in 2011. Following the independent release of a holiday EP, Christmas, in 2013, as well as another full-length effort, Acoustic Worship Covers, Vol. 1, in 2014, Sarah Reeves began working with the Christian powerhouse label Curb Records in 2018. Her first full-length release for the label, Easy Never Needed You, was released that October and featured tracks like "Details," which peaked at Number 40 on the Hot Christian Songs chart, and "Right Where You Want Me," which climbed to Number 35 on Billboard's Christian Airplay chart. Another Christmas-oriented project, Let It Snow, was released in 2018, followed by 2020's Life Love & Madness and 2021's More the Merrier. Conceived during a time of deep inner turmoil, her sixth full-length album Best Days arrived in 2023 and represented a cathartic experience for the singer, who poured her heart out on 16 tracks that span from lighthearted pop music to full-blown confessional songwriting.
