Seo In-guk is a South Korean singer and actor. He was born on October 23, 1987, in Ulsan, and shot to fame after winning the reality talent contest Superstar K in 2009. Having relocated to Seoul at 20 against his father's wishes, Seo In-guk was determined to achieve his singing dreams. After his Superstar K victory, he released his debut extended play, Calling, in 2009. His artistic endeavors expanded into acting, with a standout role in Reply 1997 (2012), also lending his voice to the chart-topping single "All for You" from the series' soundtrack. Over the years, he headlined TV series such as Master's Sun (2013), High School King of Savvy (2014), and Squad 38 (2016), with the latter setting a record as OCN's top-rated drama. His streak persisted with Shopping King Louie (2016), earning him an Excellence Award at the MBC Drama Awards. Everlasting, his studio debut, arrived in 2014, followed by the EP Hug later that year. In 2017, Seo In-guk transitioned to BS Company from Jellyfish Entertainment. 2022 marked his musical comeback with the single album Love&Love (2022) and its promotional track "My Love." That same year, he took center stage in the KBS2 drama Café Minamdang, released the single "Fallen," and graced the silver screen with the action-packed film Project Wolf Hunting. Featuring the popular single "Don't Be Jealous," the EP THE X saw the light in 2023 and climbed to number 2 on the Japanese Oricon Albums Chart.
