SKE48

SKE48, a female J-pop group formed in late 2008 by producer Yasushi Akimoto, quickly gained fame for their regular performances at the SKE48 Theater in Sakae, Nagoya. The group operates as distinct units, including Team S, Team KII, and Team E. In 2009, they released their debut single “Tsuyoki Mono Yo”, which peaked at number 5 on Japan's Oricon singles chart. Over the years, they released studio albums such as Kono Hi No Chime O Wasurenai (2012) and Kakumei No Oka (2017), both reaching the second position on the Oricon albums chart. Furthermore, SKE48 has gained acclaim as a hit factory, starting with "Banzai Venus (バンザイVenus)" in 2011, followed by a streak of over 25 consecutive Number 1 singles, including "Okey Dokey (オキドキ)" (2012), "Choco no Dorei (チョコの奴隷)" (2013),"Chicken Line (チキンLINE)" (2016), "Muishiki no Iro (無意識の色)" (2018), "Koiochi Flag (恋落ちフラグ)" (2021), "Zettai Inspiration (絶対インスピレーション)" (2022), "Suki ni Nacchatta" (好きになっちゃった) (2023), and "Ai no Hologram" (愛のホログラム) (2024).
