Song Ga-in (born Jo Eun-sim on December 26, 1986) is a South Korean trot singer known for her powerful vocals and deep connection to traditional Korean music. She gained national recognition after winning the reality television competition Miss Trot in 2019, which propelled her to fame in the trot music scene. Since then, she has become one of the most beloved contemporary trot singers, frequently appearing on KBS' Golden Oldies and other variety shows. Born in Jindo, South Jeolla Province, Song was influenced by her family's deep roots in traditional music. Her mother, Song Sun-dan, is a master of Jindo ssitgimgut, a Korean shamanic ritual, while her brother Jo Seong-jae is a member of the traditional music group Baraji. Song began singing pansori in middle school and later studied traditional Korean music at Chung-Ang University. Her discography includes the albums Again (2019), Dream (2020), The Song of Love (2022), and Gain;Dal (2025), as well as hit singles like "찍어" (2019) and "Tears of Love" (2025).
