St. Germain is one of the names used by French musician Ludovic Navarre for performances and recordings of world music that is a mix of jazz, electronic and dance. He works with a team of regular session musicians including keyboard player Didier Davidas and he has remixed tracks by artists including Björk, Pierre Henry and the Suburban Knight. His 2001 album 'Tourist' topped Billboard's Jazz Albums Chart in 2001 and 'Boulevard' went to number 19 the following year on the Jazz Chart and number 25 on the Top Dance/Electronic Albums Chart. St. Germain next appeared in the charts in 2015 when a self-titled release topped Billboard's World Albums Chart. In 2016 he performed at Coachella.
