Stéphanie d'Oustrac

A Breton mezzo-soprano born in 1974, Stéphanie d'Oustrac worked her way up the ranks at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Lyon, where she won a first prize in singing in 1998. A member of William Christie's troupe Les Arts Florissants, Francis Poulenc's great-grandniece gradually broadened her repertoire, performing second and first roles in baroque, classical and contemporary operas. The singer who wanted to be an actress is appreciated both for her acting and her singing. She published the recitals Ferveur et Extase in 2011 and Invitation au Voyage in 2014.
