Indian singer and Bollywood film performer Sunanda Sharma was born January 30, 1992. In Gurdaspur, Punjab. She built a following online by recording her own versions of popular songs and making them available on YouTube. Her plan worked and resulted in her debut single, 2016’s “Billi Akh”. She enjoyed a large success with 2017’s “Janni Tera Naa”, a track that played an integral part in her capturing the Best Female Act award at that year’s Brit Asian TV Music Awards. Her increasing popularity opened up the opportunity for her to begin a career as a playback singer in Bollywood films and she made her debut in that capacity with “Tere Naal Nachna” from 2018’s Nawabzaade. As singles like 2019’s “Sandal” became pop hits she recorded “Poster Lagwa Do” for the movie Luka Chuppi. In 2021 she was back on the Indian pop charts with “Chori Chori”.
