Teeyah

A Franco-Ivorian singer, dancer and actress, Teeyah was born on March 23, 1983 in Boundiali in the Savanes region. For ten years, she immersed herself in music, learning instruments such as the piano and flute, and developing her voice by borrowing elements from lyric, pop and gospel singing. After meeting producer Kaysha, she collaborated with him on the track "On dit quoi", which revealed her to the general public. In 2004, she enjoyed success with her first album, Métisse, which included three hits: "Trop de souffrance", "Couper décaler " and "Je t'aime, je t'aime, je t'aime", a duet with Daan Junior. Two years later, she consolidated her place on the Ivorian music scene with the album Je Veux Vivre, featuring duets with Warren, Arsenal & Shanaka and Paulin. 2009 saw the release of her latest album, Mise à Nue, which was followed by numerous singles, including "Zigui zagua" in 2012, "Mon bébé " in 2013, "Sans toi " in 2016 and "Étonnant" in 2018.
