The Lathums

Formed in Wigan, England in 2019, the Lathums are an alternative indie rock quartet comprised of Alex Moore (singer/songwriter/guitarist), Scott Concepcion (lead guitar), Johnny Cunliffe (bass), and Ryan Durrans (drums). The members met while attending the Music College in Pemberton. Initially brought together by a tutor, the group signed to Island Records within a year of their formation, releasing the single “All My Life” in 2020, followed by two more singles in 2021: “The Snake” and “I See Your Ghost”. The Lathums released their debut album, How Beautiful Life Can Be, in September 2021. The album reached the Number 1 position in the UK and Number 71 in Ireland and was followed by sophomore effort, From Nothing to a Little Bit More, which also topped the UK chart. Album number three, Matter Does Not Define, arrived in February 2025, preceded by the "No Direction" single in July 2024.
