American composer Theodore Shapiro, born in Washington, D.C., on September 29, 1971, first appeared on the credits of a feature film in 1997 for Hurricane Streets. Since then, he has gone on to score many films, including Starsky and Hutch (2004), The Devil Wears Prada (2005) and Tropic Thunder (2008). In 2014, he scored The Dream Life of Walter Mitty, and two years later, the third installment of the Ghostbusters saga.
