American hip-hop duo Eric Jackson and Deongelo Holmes, aka Kaine and D-Roc, are better known as Ying Yang Twins. Though not actually related, they developed their monikers in 1996 when they formed, releasing their debut single in 2000, 'Whistle While You Twurk'. The single charted at number 17 in the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Chart and paved the way for their future career. After touring with Juz Tha King, Kat Nu and Demo Dil, they released their debut album 'Thug Walkin'' (2000) followed by 'Alley: The Return of the Ying Yang Twins' in 2002. Signing to TVT Records, their next album was 'Me & My Brother' in 2003. Teaming up with Britney Spears, they appeared on her track 'I Got That (Boom Boom)' from the album 'In the Zone' in 2005. 'U.S.A. (United State of Atlanta)' was released in 2005 with its singles 'Wait (The Whisper Song)', 'Badd' and 'Shake' achieving positions of two, six and 12 respectively on the Hot Rap Songs Chart. They collaborated with producer Wyclef Jean on their fifth album, 'Chemically Imbalanced' (2006), with 2009 seeing the release of a greatest hits 'Ying Yang Forever'. In 2012 they moved to Epic Records, releasing their first single under their new label, 'Fist Pump, Jump Jump'. After a break from recording and performing, Ying Yang Twins joined the line-up of the 2019 Millennium Tour along with B2K, Mario and Pretty Ricky.
