Yoko Hikasa (born July 16, 1985) is a voice actress and singer from Kanagawa Prefecture. She is also the president of the voice actress agency "i.nari Inc. After graduating from high school, she studied acting at the Japan Narration Acting Institute and joined the entertainment agency i.m. Enterprises in 2006. In 2009, she played the role of Akiyama Mio in the anime "K-ON!" and sang as a member of the unit "Houkago Tea Time" that was formed during the show. From 2011 to 2013, she participated in the voice acting unit "ROKIUBU! From 2011 to 2013, she was a member of the voice actress unit "RO-KYU-BU!" for the TV anime "Ro-Kyu-Bu!
