Alex Nevsky

Born Alexandre Parent on February 17, 1986 in Granby (Canada), Alex Nevsky is a pop singer from Quebec. At the age of 20, he enrolled at the École nationale de la chanson de Granby. In 2009, he took part in the Festival de la chanson de Granby, reaching the semi-finals. His debut album, De Lune À l'Aube , released in 2010, earned him two ADISQ nominations. Three years later, he released his second opus, Himalaya Mon Amour, with three songs topping the Quebec charts: " Les Coloriés ", " On leur a faire croire " and " Vivre Pauvre ". The following year, he won three Félix awards at the ADISQ gala in the Album of the Year, Song of the Year and Male Artist of the Year categories. In 2016, he became a coach on the Quebec reality show La Voix Junior , in addition to releasing his third album, Nos Eldorados . The song " Polaroid " and a duet with Coeur de Pirate entitled " Jeter un sort " are successful on Quebec radio. In fall 2017, he wins a judge's seat on the Quebec reality show La Voix . In May 2018, the single " Amour immodéré " reaches the top 20 of the radio charts. Alex Nevsky releases his fourth album, Chemin Sauvage , in November 2019. The song " Mes Yeux " climbs the radio charts in Quebec and is used in a TV commercial. In May 2021, he releases the song " Mer de splendeur ", following his reflections during the previous year's pandemic. He returns in March 2023 with an instrumental album entitled Même l'Impossible Fleurit, from his project De la Beauté.
