Aly Keïta

Born in 1969 in Côte d'Ivoire, Mali's Aly Keita is one of the world's leading specialists on the balafon, an instrument he has been teaching since 1989. Accompanying renowned jazzmen such as Pharoah Sanders and Joe Zawinul, Aly Keita released the albums Akwaba Iniséné (2007) with Magic Balafon, followed by Farafinko (2010).
