A Canadian rock singer born on April 11, 1977 in Bonaventure, Gaspésie (Quebec), she released her first single "Je suis partie " in the spring of 2005. Her second single, "Junkie de toi " , soon reached the top of the Quebec radio charts for five weeks. Following her success, she had the opportunity to open for the Rolling Stones in Montreal in January 2006. In 2007, she returned to #1 in the Quebec charts with her song "Oh mon chéri ", which preceded the release of her second album in 2008: Le Ciel Saigne le Martyre . Three other songs from this album were successful: "Lucifer " ( 2008), "L.A. 007 " (2008) and "Thorazine " ( 2009). In 2010, she made her acting debut in the film Filière 13. That same year, she released her third self-titled album, followed by another in 2013, Schizophrène, inspired by her brother's schizophrenia. She dedicated this album to her brother, who died the same year. She released her first English-language album Lost Soul in 2015, which became the soundtrack to a feature film of the same name. In 2016, she produced the music for the film Bon Cop, Bad Cop 2 , directed by her husband Patrick Huard. In 2020 and 2021, she writes two children's books: Nathan Au Fond des Océans and Nathan Au Pays des Pirates. In 2021, she released her sixth album, Love in Silence .
