Azet

Azet (born March 6, 1993 in Tirana, Albania) is a German singer and rapper with Kosovar-Albanian roots. Born Granit Musa, he is a member of the Dresden rap crew KMN Gang. Azet has been making music with this band since 2010. The artist has repeatedly attracted attention for his criminal activities. Azet was sent to prison in November 2016 for drug dealing and assault. One month later, his debut single "Platte Fließt" is released, which immediately makes it into the German singles charts. The singles "Zigarren Havanna", "Gjynah" and "Qa Bone" were released in 2017 , before Azet released his debut album Fast Life in 2018. With his first album, Azet achieved three number 1 placements in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Azet's follow-up album Neue Welt also made it to number 1 in Germany and Switzerland and reached number 3 in Austria. Azet released two more albums with other musicians, which also reached top positions in the German-language charts. in 2019, he released the album Super Plus together with Zuna and a year later the album Fast Life 2 together with Albi. Other well-known songs by Azet are "Skam Koh", "Hallo" and "B.L.F.L.". In 2023, Azet hits number 1 in Switzerland together with rapper Dardan and the single "Malli". At the end of the year, Azet released the EP Tirana 3. Together with rapper Dardan, Azet released the album Eurosport in 2024. The album reaches number 1 in Germany and number 2 in Switzerland. The album reached number 8 in Austria. The two EPs Family & Money and Für alle Blocks were released at the same time in the same year. Both albums reach the top 20 of the hit parade in Switzerland at number 13 and 17.
