BE'O

BE'O is the stage name of South Korean rapper Yoo Chan-wook, born on April 27, 2000, in the city of Gwangmyeong. After a first brush with fame on the third season of the reality show High School Rapper in his final year of high school, BE'O (inspired by his Christian name Pio) signed with FameUs Entertainment in 2020. Following a series of features on the compilation albums God FameUs and Famous FameUs alongside San E, Errday, and Malkey, he made his official debut with the single "Monster" in November of that year. In 2021, BE'O released a second single titled "Bipolar" and continued to raise his public profile through his participation in the rap competition program Show Me the Money 10. During his stint on the show, the MC managed to position two singles atop the Gaon Digital Chart ("Breathe" and "Limousine") as his performance of "Counting Stars" accumulated over 10 million views on video-streaming services. The latter was later released as a single featuring Beenzino and also topped the charts in South Korea. He followed up with the track "Love Me," which entered the Korean Top 10 in 2022.
