Born Ku Chang-mo on May 31, 1994 in Jeongseon, Gangwon, the South Korean rapper and producer known professionally as Changmo (창모; stylized in all caps) dropped his debut mixtape, Time to Get Money, in 2014 before releasing his debut EP, M O T O W N, in March 2016. Later that year, he signed with the now-defunct indie label Ambition Musik and released his Time to Earn Money 3 EP (돈 벌 시간 3), which went to number 49 in South Korea. Another two EPs followed – 2017's Gettin Money Moment (돈 번 순간), which went even higher on the South Korean charts, soaring to number 26, as well as earning him the Discovery of the Year - Hip hop gong at the Gaon Chart Music Awards that year – and 2018's Reached Moment (DNSG) (닿는 순간), which went to number 38. His full-length debut arrived in 2019, Boyhood, which featured guest spots from Okasian, UNEDUCATED KID, Paul Blanco, KIRIN, CHUNG HA, and Hash Swan and gave him a number 13 footing on the South Korean charts as well as a hit single in the LP's "Meteor" title track. Several singles emerged in 2020, including "Countin My Guap" and "Swoosh Flow," with his sophomore album landing in 2021, Underground Rockstar. 2022 saw the release of new non-album single "Just the Two of Us" (이렇게 둘이).
