Blanka Stajkow, a Polish model and singer, was born on May 23, 1999, in Szczecin, Poland. From a young age, she developed a deep passion for music through televised music shows. At just thirteen years old, she recorded her debut single, "Strong Enough." However, it was her journey in the modelling world that initially brought her into the spotlight when she joined the cast of the televised competition, Top Model, in 2021. It was during this time that she seized the opportunity to release her new single, "Better," under the stage name Blanka. Although it didn't make significant waves on the national charts, the track caught the attention of Warner Music, leading to a record deal the following year. With label backing, Blanka unveiled her next pop offering, "Solo," which made a significant impact in the industry. The song reached an impressive fourth position on the Polish charts, claimed the top spot in Lithuania, and landed at number 56 on the UK charts. In recognition of her talent, Blanka was chosen to represent Poland at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2023, held in Liverpool. Taking the stage with her hit song "Solo," she secured the 19th position out of 26 participants in the competition.
