The German singer-songriter C Arma began his professional career under his real name name Cesur Yilmaz performing soul and R&B. He was born in Stuttgart in 1985 and after a move to Berlin began recording videos and uploading them onto his YouTube channel. He began to build an audience for his music after his 2017 release '50 Songs', a compilation album showcasing his talents as a singer and producer by covering a wide selection of well-known German pop songs originally performed by a diverse range of artists such as Nena, Wolfgang Petry and Tic Tac Toe. The artist's single 'Yapma', released in 2018, garnered more than 16 million hits on YouTube and has established the singer as one of Germany's emerging R&B talents.
