Can GP Maika, previously known as Can Maika, is a vibrant figure in the Japanese music scene, recognized for her tenure with the idol group GANG PARADE and its offshoots. Her journey began in Shibuya DOMINION as a founding member and captain, before transitioning to the idol industry under the production company WACK in 2016. She first joined GANG PARADE and, following various group reshuffles, participated in units like GO TO THE BEDS and PARADISES. Her involvement in units like HOLY SHiTS further highlights her versatility and commitment to exploring different musical styles. In 2020, after the temporary split of GANG PARADE into GO TO THE BEDS and PARADISES, she continued to evolve her artistic expression, contributing significantly to each group’s offerings. The reformation of GANG PARADE in 2022 marked another pivotal moment in her career, as she rejoined the group under its original moniker, blending her past experiences to enrich the band's future endeavors. She released her first solo single "Hold Me Tight" in 2024.
