Cao Lu

Cao Lu, born on August 30, 1987, in Zhangjiajie, Hunan, China, is a multi-faceted Chinese singer, actress, and television personality, ethnically Miao. She pursued her studies at Chung-Ang University in South Korea. Cao Lu first ventured into the music scene with her solo EP Cat(貓咪) in 2004 under the stage name Lu Lu. She gained further recognition as a member of the South Korean girl group Fiestar, which debuted under LOEN Entertainment with their single "Vista" on August 31, 2012. Her television career includes appearances on shows like Real Men in 2016 and We Got Married, where she was paired with comedian Jo Se-ho. In 2017, Cao Lu has released singles like "你呀你呀" and a collaboration with Yerin and Kisum on "Spring Again". Following the disbandment of Fiestar in May 2018 due to contract expirations, she left the company in June 2018 and later joined IOK Company in September of the same year. In March 2021, she joined EE-Media. Remarkably, in August 2024, Fiestar regrouped to mark their 12th anniversary, signaling Cao Lu's return to group activities after a six-year hiatus.
