Chu☆Oh!Dolly was a Japanese idol group active from 2016 to 2019. Formed under ArcJewel, they debuted on June 18, 2016, at a live event in Tokyo. The original lineup included Rui Osaki, Haruka Saeki, Yuuka Mashiro, Kotoka Sakuragi, and Yuna Kanzaki. They quickly gained visibility by performing at TOKYO IDOL FESTIVAL 2016. After some early graduations in 2017, new members Emi Haruno, Momoka Kinosaki, and Ayaka Igarashi joined, forming a six-member unit. Their breakout moment came in September 2017, when their debut single "Hit chart de suki ni shite" was announced. The coupling track was later used as the ending theme for Fuji TV’s Unbelievable. They also performed internationally, notably in Bangkok. The group expanded to eight members in mid-2018, releasing more singles such as “MAX! Avenue”. Despite member changes, they remained active and even collaborated as backup dancers for major acts like Dempagumi.inc. In 2019, management shifted to DearStage. After another wave of member departures and new additions, Chu☆Oh!Dolly announced their disbandment. Their final concert was held on December 28, 2019.
