Hailing from Dallas, Texas, metalcore band Crown The Empire was formed in 2010 around Zac Johnson, Andrew Velasquez, Austin Duncan, Hayden Tree and Brandon Hoover, who met as students at Colleyville Heritage High School. While a number of changes will gradually shake up the band's line-up, Crown The Empire will begin its discography in 2011 with the Limitless EP , supported by the single "Voices". With the arrival of a new vocalist in the person of David Escamilla, to replace Andy Leo, the band presented their first LP, The Fallout, in 2012, and re-released it the following year. The title track brings Crown The Empire into the spotlight, garnering over 8 million views on YouTube. In 2014, it was the turn of The Resistance: Rise of The Runaways to enrich the band's discography and quickly reach the Top 10 of the Billboard 200, followed two years later, in 2016, by the album Retrograde.
