Raised in rural New South Wales, Australia, Cyril Riley discovered his passion for music at a young age, delving into various instruments including the guitar, piano, and drums. Transitioning to city life as a teenager, he embarked on a journey to carve out a career as a DJ while immersing himself in the intricacies of club and festival management. After encountering significant challenges along the way, he rebranded himself as CYRIL – a DJ/producer whose innovative electronic tracks, notably "Lucid Dreams" (2021) and "Strong" (2023) began making waves on the Australian club scene. His major breakthrough however, came with the late 2023 release of "Stumblin’ In," a reimagined revamp of Suzi Quatro’s 1978 hit, which quickly gained momentum on social media and captured the attention of Bayern Munich football team, gaining millions of streams on various music platforms. The song achieved global chart success, reaching the top 5 in countries such as Austria, Germany, Poland, and Slovakia, while also securing a respectable position at number 15 on the ARIA charts back home. His debut EP From Down Under was released on August 9, 2024.
