EBiDAN

EBiDAN, short for Ebisu Gakuen Danji-bu (Ebisu Gakuen Boys Club), is a talent collective stemming from a Japanese artistic preparatory school for boys. The collective operates under the umbrella of Stardust Promotion. Originating from Japan, EBiDAN was formed in 2010 following an initial recruitment audition. The official member announcement came on July 20 of the same year. The official EBiDAN Blog launched on August 12 of that year. By the conclusion of 2011, EBiDAN had introduced various artist groups, including Kuri-mi-san, E-CHARY, TR2Y2, and Hokenshitsu. 2012 was a pivotal year as groups such as Bullet Train and DISH// made their indie debuts on June 10, Customize on October 24, and PrizmaX on December 15. In 2013, both PrizmaX and DISH// achieved major debuts on March 27th and June, respectively. EBiDAN's influence widened in 2014 as they expanded to cities like Nagoya, Sendai, Fukuoka, and Osaka. Over time, EBiDAN has rolled out two generations of groups and has promoted solo artists such as Tsuyoshi Furukawa, Jean Kaito, and Reo Shimura. In 2023, the collective released a music video for their song, "New day! New wave! 2023," reaching Number 42 on the Japanese Hot 100 chart.
