Elkno, born Alejandro Cano in Medellín, Colombia, is a Latin urban artist and composer known for his versatile blend of urban rhythms and Latin influences. With a background in music from the Débora Arango School of Arts, Elkno began his career in 2008 under the name Demian before rebranding to his current moniker. His music reflects personal experiences, seamlessly combining reggaeton, Latin pop, and other genres on tracks like "Bellaquear Conmigo" (2020), "Siento" (2021), and "Chulito" (2021), each showcasing his ability to captivate audiences with relatable lyrics and dynamic sounds. After changing his stage name to Elkno, he dropped the collaborative track "Cuando Eramos Niños" alongside Shako, Juma, and Sheeno el Sensei. Over the next few years, he continued to release popular singles such as "DABA (Tres Pa' Tres)" (2023) with Kenzy, "El Diablo" (2023), and "Comerte a Besos" (2024), whose remix version enlisted Ryan Castro and Blessd.
