Fanny Bériaux

Born in Brussels on March 11, 1980, Fanny Bériaux is a Belgian singer of jazz tinged with soul and pop. In 2009, she came to prominence with a debut album, Blow Up My World, composed and produced in Brussels with guitarist Jarek Frankowski, featuring original compositions accompanied in an intimate atmosphere by electric piano, guitar and trumpet. In 2013, she plans to record in New York. The sessions took shape with illustrious guests such as Kenny Barron, John Medeski, Oren Bloedow, Jamie Saft, Ben Perowski and Matt Johnson, around an album featuring new songs and covers such as "Je t'ai dans la peau" (Édith Piaf), "La Noyée" (Serge Gainsbourg) and "Birthday Call" (Girls in Hawaii). The result, New York Sessions, was not released until 2020. That same year, Fanny Bériaux created the Rebirth show around her repertoire.
