Far East Asian Tigers

Far East Asian Tigers is a four-member punk-based band from South Korea, known for their raw energy and unique sound. Formed by members Myeong Jisu (vocals/guitar), Attack (bass), Yeon Kwangmo (drums), and Kang Yong-hyuk (varied instruments), the band combines a vibrant mix of punk influences with an experimental edge. They debuted with the single "Far East Asian Tigers" in 2020, followed by their first EP, It Would Be Nice If It Smelled Like Rain Today, the same year. Their discography includes standout singles like "a cat, a cactus and..." (2021), "The Star" (2022), and "Look back" (2023), which highlight their evolution as a band. In November 2024, they released their first full-length album, 몽유호원(Mongyuhowon). Known for their introspective lyrics and dynamic performances, Far East Asian Tigers continues to push the boundaries of punk music.
