Singer with the group Koeur's, which scored a hit with the song "Élodie " in 1983, author, composer and multi-instrumentalist Frédéric Château (born in Paris in 1964) embarked on a solo career, releasing three albums before turning to writing and producing for a host of artists. Under his own name or the pseudonym Asdorve, he has collaborated with Pascal Obispo, Natasha St-Pier, Lorie, Faudel, Julie Zenatti, Hélène Ségara and M Pokora, and in 2011 coordinated the musical and charity project of the Paris-Africa collective, bringing together some sixty performers. A composer for television and theater, he worked on the Robin des Bois show and bequeathed "La chanson du bénévole" (2014) for Les Enfoirés.
