Frédéric Lo

The French musician, composer, arranger, producer and singer Frédéric Lo was born Frédéric Bonnet in Rodez on August 23, 1964. From 2000 onwards, he increasingly collaborated with other artists, for example composing the song "Rouge Rose" with Daniel Darc for his album of the same name in 2003. In the following years, he worked for Hubert-Félix Thiéfaine, Marc Lavoine and Stephan Eicher. In 2007, he worked as an arranger on "Les Chansons d'amour" by Christophe Honoré and Alex Beaupain, which was awarded the César for best film music. In the 2010s, he also worked with Pony Pony Run Run, Fink, Cali, Alain Chamfort and Bill Pritchard. in 2016, he composed the music for the film Juillet-Août (July-August), before his new solo album Hallelujah! was released in 2019. He is working with British artist Pete Doherty on the album The Fantasy Life of Poetry and Crime in 2022.
