Guilherme & Santiago, the Brazilian sertanejo duo formed by brothers Herickson and Henzzo Cardoso Rosa, better known as Guilherme and Santiago, hail from Goiânia and have become a prominent force in the country music scene. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in music, they were inspired by their mother, Eurides, and their seresteiro grandfather. Guilherme began his musical journey recording jingles in Goiânia, and after a brief stint in the United States, he returned to Brazil to pursue a career with his brother. Their breakthrough came in 1994 with the release of their debut album Guilherme & Santiago - Vol. 1, featuring the hit "Do Outro Lado da Cidade." Over the years, they have released numerous successful albums, including Azul (2002), Chovendo Estrelas (2004), and Tudo Tem Um Porquê (2010), which solidified their place in the Brazilian music industry. Known for their romantic ballads and energetic performances, they’ve sold over five million albums and released five DVDs, including a celebratory live DVD recorded in Brasília in 2015, marking 21 years of their illustrious career. With hits like "Meia Noite e Meia" and "Pindaíba," Guilherme & Santiago remain a beloved duo, representing the heart of Brazilian sertanejo music. In 2024, the duo released the live LP Perfume Novo (Ao Vivo), which featured the medley "Jogado Na Rua / Casa Amarela" with Guilherme & Benuto.
