Héléna Bailly, born February 19, 2002 in Uccle, Belgium, is a singer who made her name by taking part in Star Academy in 2023. A semi-finalist in this edition, won by Pierre Garnier, she quickly attracted attention with her first song, "Aimée pour de vrai" (#5 on the Belgian singles chart). The track, co-written with Dani Terreur, Alice et Moi and Noée, was well received by the public and racked up several million listens on streaming platforms. Alongside her tour with the other Star Academy participants, Helena continued to develop her musical career. On June 21, 2024, she released two new singles entitled "Summer Body" and "Nouveau cœur". " Summer Body" tackles themes of self-acceptance and the rejection of societal injunctions about the ideal body, while "Nouveau cœur" (charted at no. 37 in Belgium) is a more pop song about comforting a loved one after a break-up. Two more singles followed, "Mauvais garçon" and "Gentil garçon", before the release in March 2025 of her debut album, Hélé, which reached number one on the French album charts.
