Hert Leblanc

Born in Bouctouche, New Brunswick (Canada), Hert Leblanc is an Acadian country singer. After several years with the Bois-Joli group, he launched his solo career in 2002 with the album Mes Racines . The following year, he won the Étoile artiste country de l'année 2003 award, presented by the Acadian Community Radio Association. In 2004, he scored a hit with his album Roi du Gros Tyme. Two songs, " Le Bouquet de mon coeur " and " Su la ligne à here ", climbed the country radio charts in Quebec and Acadia. In November 2005, he releases a holiday opus called Noël À Ma Façon . It spent five weeks at number one country album sales in New Brunswick (Canada). His fourth album, Voyages Vécus Et Imaginés , followed in June 2007. Hert Leblanc travels to Europe in June 2008, for a series of five shows, after making a name for himself the previous year at the Francofête en Acadie. In November 2009, he released C'Est la Vie , an album of French-language adaptations of hits including Baron Longfellow's " Amour " and Chuck Berry's " You Never Can Tell ". In 2015, he covered popular English-language hits and sang them country-style on the album Le Wedding Singer . In the summer of 2017, he captured his songs live in concert, releasing the album Live Au Pays de la Sagouinethe following year. To celebrate his 33rd anniversary, he releases the opus Trente-Trois in 2019 with the song " Tchin tchin câlice ", which is a hit on country radio.
