Canadian country singer-songwriter Jade Eagleson was born and raised in Bailieboro, Ontario. At the age of 19, he relocated to Alberta to work but soon decided to move back to his native township to pursue a music career. Following a victory at the Boots and Hearts Music Festival’s Emerging Artist Showcase in 2017, Jade Eagleson made his official debut with the 2018 single “Got Your Name On It,” which climbed to Number 6 on Billboard Canada’s Country Charts and received gold certification. The 2019 singles “Count the Ways” and “Lucky” both broke into the Top 5, with the latter reaching the top of the country charts shortly after. That same year, he received the Rising Star award from the Canadian Country Music Association. Preceded by a fourth single titled “Close,” his eponymous studio debut arrived in 2020 and further cemented his status as one the most promising up-and-coming artists in Canada's country music scene. Eagleson returned in 2021 with the single “All Night to Figure It Out,” hitting Number 43 in the Canadian Country charts, taking out the award for Top Selling Canadian Album with his sophomore release, Honkytonk Revival, at the 2022 CCMA Awards. The singer kicked off 2023 with his second JUNO nomination for Country Album of the Year, earning the CCMA Awards' Entertainer of the Year and Male Artist of the Year. His third studio album, Do It Anyway, emerged in September followed by holiday track “Joy to the World” a few months later, which climbed to number 57.
