Jeon Yu Jin

Jeon Yujin (born October 10, 2006, in Pohang City, Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea) is a rising trot singer known for her emotive voice and heartfelt performances. She discovered her love for singing at a young age, often performing for passersby at the market where her grandmother worked. Inspired by Song Ga-in after watching Miss Trot in 2019, Jeon began imitating her idol’s style and quickly realized her talent for the genre. As a middle school student, she sought a unique skill to impress her peers and found it in her ability to perform trot. Encouraged by her growing confidence, Jeon entered the 19th Pohang Beach National Song Festival in 2019, marking her first step into the world of music. Despite having no formal training, her natural talent shone, surprising her family and fueling her passion for the genre. Jeon officially debuted in 2022 with her digital single "Do You Want to Love?" and quickly gained recognition as a young star in the trot scene. She has since released two EPs, FIRST YUJIN (2023) and Only You (2024), showcasing her growth as an artist.
