Jimi Blue

Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht was born in Munich on December 27, 1991. As the son of actor Uwe Ochsenknecht and model Natascha Ochsenknecht, he grew up in an artistic family. He took his first steps in show business as an actor at a young age. He became famous for his role in the film series Die Wilden Kerle, which enjoyed great success from 2003. Parallel to acting, Jimi Blue launched his music career in 2007. His debut album Mission Blue is released in the same year and reaches number 4 in the German album charts. The single "I'm Lovin'... (L.R.H.P.)" reached number 5 in the German singles charts. His second album Sick Like That followed in 2008 and consolidated his status in the German music scene. Musically, Jimi Blue moves in the genre of pop with influences from hip-hop and R&B. His catchy melodies and danceable beats appeal to a young audience in particular. In addition to his music career, he remains loyal to acting and can be seen in various film and television productions. In the course of his career, Jimi Blue has received several awards, including the Bravo Otto in Gold in the "Singer" category in 2007. His versatility as an artist is also evident in his work as a presenter and participant in various TV shows.
