Jin Hae Seong

Jin Haeseong, born Lee Sangsung on June 4, 1990, in Busan, South Korea, is a renowned Korean trot singer. A former judo athlete, he made his music debut in 2012 with the album Accept My Love (2012) but rose to prominence in 2018 through appearances on various entertainment programs. Celebrated as the "master of traditional trot," Jin Haeseong is known for his strong foundational skills, heartfelt low-pitched voice, and expertise in breaking—a traditional vocal technique. He gained widespread acclaim as the winner of the KBS trot survival show Trot National Sports Festival and later secured third place on Mr. Trot 2 - The Beginning of a New Legend. His discography includes notable albums such as Stella Amor (S.A) (2021) and 愛 (ROMANCE) (2024).
