Kärbholz

Kärbholz is a German rock band from Ruppichteroth that combines elements of rock, punk and indie as well as influences from the rock 'n' roll genre with German lyrics. The band was founded in 2003 by Torben Höffgen, Adrian Kühn, Stefan Wirths and Christian Steffens. After the band signed a record deal, their debut album Spiel des Lebens was released in April 2007, followed by major concerts and festival appearances as well as a change of band members. After the album Mit Leib und Seele was presented as part of a German tour in 2009, 100 Prozent entered the charts in Germany for the first time in 2011. The album Rastlos, released in 2013, reached number 16 in the German charts and also led to a performance at the Wacken Open Air. On January 30, 2015, Kärbholz released their eighth studio album Karma , with which the band achieved a chart position in Switzerland and Austria for the first time. in 2017, Überdosis Leben reached number 2 in the German album charts in its first week, while Herz & Verstand reached number 3 in 2019 and Kontra. landed at number 4 in 2021.
