Kazusa Wakayama is a Japanese female enka singer born on March 22, 1964 in Sodegaura City, Chiba Prefecture, Japan. Her real name is Noriko Yamada, and she made her debut in 1984 with "Farewell Love" on Nippon Columbia, winning the Special Jury Prize at the Yokohama Music Festival that same year. In 1996, "Shirobotan" was No. 1 on the Oricon Enka Chart for two consecutive weeks and No. 41 on the overall chart.
