Born Lee Jin-kyung on January 7, 1994, in Cheonan, South Korea, the K-Pop singer, actress, and entertainer is better known by her stage name Lee Sun-bin. She is best known as being a member of K-Pop girl group JQT and her work in television and film. She began her entertainment career in 2011 when she replaced singer/dancer Min Sun, who had left girl group JQT. However, her time with the group was short-lived and JQT split in early 2012. Lee Sun-bin then turned to modeling before making her acting debut in the Chinese television series Saint Wang Xizhi (2015). With her musical career on hold, she dived headfirst into acting and appeared in a string of television series including Entertainer (2016), Squad 38 (2016), Entourage (2016), Criminal Minds (2017), The Great Show (2019), and Jirisan (2021). Her film work includes the movies Familyhood (2016), Rampant (2018), Mission: Possible (2021), and Air Murder (2022). Lee Sun-bin didn’t give up entirely on music and released a solo single, “One Love,” in 2017. She also recorded several songs that were featured on movie soundtracks including “Sad Night” (from 2019’s The Great Show), “Savage Killer” (from 2020’s Team Bulldog: Off-Duty Investigation), and “Dreamer” (from 2021’s Work Later, Drink Now).
