Alain Désiré Yoro, an Ivorian from Sakassou, is best known for his alias, Lino Versace. A founding member of the famous Jet Set, a collective of Ivorian singers in Paris that includes Douk Saga, Molaré and Boro Sanguy, he aims to promote coupé-décalé internationally. Versace was noticed for the duo he formed with Boro Sanguy, with whom he released the album Mastiboulance in 2005, featuring the emblematic track "La Jet". As the duo struggled to make a name for themselves, Lino Versace decided to go it alone. In 2008, he released Faim de Récréation, making his name one of the benchmarks of this movement. He then appeared on Canal +'s Le Grand Journal with Serge Defalet, transmitting his music between Côte d'Ivoire and France. Lino Versace returns to production, first in 2014 with his Album Sans Frontière, then years later in 2021 with Condamné à Réussir, with which he hopes to get people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic dancing.
