Loud

Canadian rapper Simon Trudeau is best known as the artist Loud, a name he adopted following his association with the band Loud Lary Adjust, a three-piece comprising Trudeau, Laurent Fortier-Brassaud and Lary Kidd. The group disbanded in 2016 and Trudeau branched out to start a solo career. His debut release 'Une Année Record' came out in early 2017 and Trudeau initially promoted his work by performing a series of live concerts in France. In 2018 his career began to take off following a successful collaboration with the Canadian singer-songwriter Béatrice Martin. Later that year Trudeau released '57K' which garnered a SOCAN songwriting prize and a Félix Award for Best Hip-Hop Album. With numerous industry accolades to his credit and widespread critical acclaim within the Canadian music business Trudeau is fast becoming one of the country's most significant hip-hop artists to emerge in recent years.
