Bruno Maquiny, also known as Maquiny, is a Brazilian singer and musician, best known as a member of the rap group ModestiaParte, which he co-founded in 2015 alongside Orochi and Azevedo. The trio met at the Batalha do Tanque, a cultural movement in São Gonçalo, Rio de Janeiro. ModestiaParte gained prominence with their debut single "Te Encontrar," a love song that became one of the most viewed rap tracks in Brazil that year. The group's music blended influences from trap, boom bap, rock, and reggae, with Maquiny contributing his vocal and guitar talents to enhance their sound. In 2018, ModestiaParte released the EP Trip, featuring the popular single "Fetiche." "Camarim," his debut solo single, arrived in 2019 and was followed by "Luz Azul" with Mainstreet and Ajaxx in September 2020. In December of that year, Maquiny released a three-track acoustic project titled Maquiny Acústico, featuring festive and romantic themes. He followed up in 2022 with the track "Pitbull" featuring Azevedo, BIN, Ajaxx, and Mainstreet.
