Mathieu Saïkaly

Revealed by the Nouvelle star TV show, which he won in 2014, Mathieu Saïkaly released his first six-track EP at the age of 22. His songs, somewhere between folk and pop, are mostly from his own pen, apart from "La Folie", custom concocted by writer Nicolas Rey (with whom he hosts a column on France Inter's Les Garçons manqués). Author, composer, singer and poet, this lover of ancient and modern literature signed his first album in August 2015, from which are extracted the titles "Cliché cosmique" (about Halley's comet) and "Poison". A few concerts follow alongside the Garçons Manqués show, the duo he forms with Nicolas Rey, Et vivre était sublime.
