Swedish singer Meira Omar was born in Kabul, Afghanistan, on June 17, 1993. As a contestant on the reality TV show Love Is Blind: Sweden, she met her husband Oskar Nostrand and launched her singing career with the track "Dive " (2024). In early 2025, she presented her second single "Hush Hush" at the Melodifestivalen 2025. A dance pop track with oriental musical influences, "Hush Hush" became a hit on the listening platforms and climbed to 3rd place in the Swedish charts.
