Having long sung in the private circle of her friends, the singer known as Miist began her professional career late in life, at the age of 34. A pianist and composer, she already had a large reservoir of songs when she went into the studio to record her first tracks, which attracted the attention of renowned producer Narada Michael Walden, known as much for his own work as for his achievements in rock and jazz, alongside artists such as George Benson, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross, Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey. Since then, Miist has rocketed up the charts with "Remember Me Again" (2023), "Move Your Body Slowly" and "It's Too Late to Love You". In a personal style that embraced adult contemporary, dance pop and romantic ballads, Miist unveiled her debut album The Songs from the Living Room in 2024, revealing all these musical trends.
