Panther Chan (Chinese: 陳蕾; born 29 October 1990 in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China) is a Hong Kong singer-songwriter that active in Cantopop. She came fourth in "Asian Millionstar 1" (Chinese: 亞洲星光大道1), a singing contest held by ATV in 2009. She was in the team of Chinese singer Yang Kun in Chinese singing contest "Sing My Song" (Chinese: 中國好歌曲) with her original song, Who Made the Valentine's Day (Chinese: 誰搞的情人節). She started her indie brand, Freewiller in 2017, she released 2 songs that are the song that represent her, Run Away, featuring the vocal for the band Chochukmo, Jan Curious and Amusement Life, as an indie singer. She officially joined Warner Music Hong Kong in 2019. 5 March 2020, Panther released her first song in 2020, Don't Wanna Go Home, her first try on Soul Rock. The song is not a real success on charts compared to her songs in 2019 while being liked by fans. She released her second song in 2020, Sahā, this song topped the 903 chart and the song was composed when she was on a 7 hour bus trip in Nepal, according to herself. She released her third song, Illusion Of A Desert Island, this is her first love song sent to the radio, the song topped the ViuTV chart. She released her fourth song of the year, Bystander Effect, at the end of the year. At the end of the year, she won the Bronze Award for Singer-songwriters in the 903 Music Awards for the third time consecutively, she also won the Silver Award for female singers for the first time. She also won the CASH Silver award for Singer-songwriters in the RTHK Top Ten Chinese Gold Songs Award.
