The Turkish-born rapper Pashanim (born November 30, 2000 in Berlin) was born under the real name Can David Bayram. He grows up in Berlin-Kreuzberg. He started rapping at the age of 12. Together with the musicians Abuglitsch, Symba and RB 030, Pashanim founded the artist collective Playboysmafia. The rapper published his first works on social media in 2018. Pashanim can subsequently be heard on tracks by musicians such as BHZ, 102 Boyz, Monk and Chapo102. The Berlin native made it into the charts in 2020 with his two singles "Shababs botten " and "Hauseingang". "Shababs botten" plays in the background of many videos on social media. The following single " Airwaves " enters the German charts at number 2 in May of the same year and reaches platinum status. The EP junge ceos 2 was released at the end of 2020. In summer 2021, Pashanim made it to number 1 in the German charts for the first time with the single "Sommergewitter" . In the same year, the single " Allein Allein" followed together with Ufo361, a cover version of the 2008 hit by Polarkreis 18. With the non-album tracks "Kleiner Prinz" (2022), "Bagchaser Can" (2023) and "Ms. Jackson" (2023), the rapper scored further top 10 hits in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. At the end of 2023, the EP Tage vor 2000 was released. In mid-May 2024, Pashanim scored another number 1 hit in Germany with the single "Mittelmeer". The song reaches number 2 in Austria and climbs to number 4 in Switzerland. The single also heralds the release of the album 2000 a short time later. The longplayer reaches the top of the charts in Germany and Switzerland and reaches number 3 in Austria.
