Sunwoo Jung-a

Sunwoo Jung-a (Korean: 선우정아, born May 11, 1985) is a multifaceted South Korean musician, singer-songwriter, and record producer known for her unique musical style that blends jazz, pop, and experimental elements. Since her debut in 2006 with the album Masstige, Sunwoo has established herself as a versatile artist and a prominent figure in the Korean music industry. Her talent spans both performance and production, with notable collaborations with acclaimed artists like IU, GD & TOP, Suran, 2NE1, Lee Hi, and San E. Sunwoo's second studio album, It's Okay, Dear (2013), marked her transition to Magic Strawberry Sound, showcasing her growth as a singer-songwriter. She continued to expand her discography with the critically lauded albums Riano Poom (2014), Serenade (2019), and her latest, Beyond (2024). Her ability to merge complex emotions with experimental sounds has garnered a devoted fanbase and industry respect. In addition to her studio albums, Sunwoo has released EPs such as 4X4 (2016) and Stunning (2019). She has also contributed to soundtracks, including After My Death OST (2018).
